Privacy
How I handle your information.
Last updated 15 September 2026. Quietwork, Adelaide, South Australia.
Who this is about
Quietwork is run by Ahmed in Adelaide. This policy covers this website and the systems I build and run for clients. If you are a customer of one of those clients, their own privacy policy covers your dealings with them, and I handle their information on their behalf.
What I collect
From this website, only what you type in yourself:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Anything you write in the message field
- The messages you type into the chat assistant, if you use it
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and uses no tracking pixels. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a third party, so loading the page does not report anything about you to anyone else.
My website host, Cloudflare, keeps standard technical logs of requests, which can include your IP address, the page requested and the time. I do not use them to identify visitors.
Why I collect it
To answer your enquiry, to quote on work, and to contact you about that work. That is the only reason. I do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing, and I will not add you to a mailing list because you sent an enquiry.
Where it goes
Enquiries come to me directly, by phone on 0411 498 980 or by email at alboasiahmed1000@gmail.com. When you use the enquiry form, your details are delivered to that same inbox through a form delivery service, which may store them on servers outside Australia.
If you would rather nothing left Australia, call or email me directly instead of using the form.
The chat assistant
The assistant on this site is an AI, not me. When you send it a message, that message and the rest of the conversation are passed through my server to Anthropic, the company that provides the AI model, so it can write a reply. Anthropic is based in the United States, which means those messages leave Australia. Anthropic states that it does not use data sent through its API to train its models by default, and it keeps that data only for a limited time; its privacy policy has the details.
My server does not keep a copy of your chat, and the conversation is gone when you close or reload the page. Please don't type anything sensitive into it, such as card details, passwords or health information.
If you book a demo from inside the chat, your name, business, phone number and the first question you asked are sent to me the same way as the enquiry form.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement, then for as long as tax and business record-keeping laws require, and are deleted after that.
How it is protected
This site is only served over HTTPS. The accounts that hold enquiries and client information are protected with strong passwords and two-step verification. Before building anything for a client, I agree with them in writing how access, backups and deletion will be handled.
Getting access, corrections or deletion
Email alboasiahmed1000@gmail.com and ask. I will confirm who you are, then give you a copy of what I hold, correct it, or delete it. No charge, and I will come back to you within 30 days.
If something goes wrong
If information I hold is lost or exposed in a way likely to cause you serious harm, I will assess it promptly, tell you, and notify the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner where the law requires it.
Complaints
Email alboasiahmed1000@gmail.com first and I will try to sort it out. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au or on 1300 363 992.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting information I already hold will be sent to you directly.
