Hi, do you have fresh basil in stock?

Yes. A new delivery came in this morning, 2.50 a bunch.

Can you hold two for me until tomorrow?

Done. What is the best number to reach you on?

Enquiry sent to the owner, 10:49 pm

The kind of conversation it handles after closing time.

The quiet cost

It is 9pm. Your phone rings. Nobody answers.

That customer rings the shop down the road instead. Most small businesses lose work they never hear about. The missed call, the message left at midnight, the question asked on a Sunday.

What I do

Four parts.
One system.

Everything is set up around how your business already runs. Nothing new to learn, nothing to replace.

Website

A website that answers

A clean site for your business, with an assistant that knows your prices, your hours and your stock. It replies in seconds and sends you the enquiry.

Fresh groceries, right here in Adelaide.

Open seven days. Fresh produce, pantry staples and frozen lines.

A phone that gets picked up

When you are serving someone else or driving home, it answers. It handles the usual questions and takes the booking or the message.

Are you open on Sunday, and do you do bulk orders?

Assistant

We are open Sunday, 9am to 6pm. Bulk orders are fine with a day of notice. Would you like me to take the details down?

Caller

Yes, 20kg of flour for Saturday.

Featured work

A local grocer,
running smarter.

Swagat Supermarket is an independent grocer in Adelaide. Customers ask about stock at all hours, and the shelves move fast. I built their website, their customer assistant and their stock system, and connected all of it to the till they already use.

About

Hi, I'm Ahmed.

I'm a computer science student in Adelaide, specialising in AI and machine learning. I set up every system myself, from our first chat to the day it goes live.

I like to meet in person, in your shop, so I can see how things actually run. Once it's live, you still deal with me. If something needs changing, just send me a message.

How it works

You see it working
before you pay.

  1. A short chat

Twenty minutes with me, in your shop or on the phone. What people ask you, and what eats your time.

  2. A working demo

I build it with your real questions and your real products, not a generic sample.

  3. You try it first

Use it, break it, ask for changes. Nothing is owed until you are happy with it.

  4. It goes live

I set it up, keep it running and send you a plain English report each month.

The monthly report

Know exactly
what it did for you.

One page at the end of every month. What was asked, what was captured, what it saved you.

Questions

Fair things to ask.

No. You keep working the way you always have. If anything needs changing, you send me a message and I change it.

It only answers from information you have given it, and it is set up to say it will check with you rather than guess. Every conversation is logged, so if anything reads wrong, I fix it quickly.

That is the point. It sits on top of the till, the booking system or the spreadsheet you already use. You do not have to move to anything new.

Usually a couple of weeks from our first chat to going live, depending on how much stock and detail there is to bring across.

Nothing upfront, then one monthly fee of $200. You see the demo working before any money changes hands.

Yes, with 30 days notice. There is no lock-in contract, and your website and your information stay yours.

Me, every time. I do the first chat, I build it, and I am the one you call if something needs changing. My mobile is 0411 498 980.

Get in touch

Let's see what it could do
for your business.

Tell me a little about the business. I will come back within a day with what I would build and what it would cost.

You will be talking to me, not a call centre. Call me on 0411 498 980, or use the form and I will ring you back.

Please add your name.
